Meet Our Founder

Joshua Haag

I was born in Bethlehem, PA, and I’ve spent most of my life in fitness AND as a professional football player. During this time, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from some of the best minds in the industry, encompassing a broad range of specialties.

Using my prior training strategies and methodologies, I’ve developed my own personal method that mixes high-level athletic training with cutting-edge recovery and nutrition practices. This state-of-the-art system leaves my clients feeling revitalized, youthful, and the like best version of themselves they can possibly be!

Sports and athletics have always been my life. They bring me a level of peace I just can’t explain. Life calms down: I am in my element.

This is truly my passion and I consider it a huge personal win when my clients benefit from my knowledge and find happiness with me.

Eric Tan

I have always been an active person having played sports my entire life. My interest really grew in high school when I had my first major injury playing basketball. I broke my ankle and had to go to physical therapy. There, I was amazed at what I observed during my sessions, watching the therapists work with other patients as well as myself. That was when I realized movement is medicine.

I got my B.S. in kinesiology with an option in rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise at Cal State Los Angeles and my M.S. in kinesiology at Cal Baptist University.

I look forward to utilizing my expertise to help HP clients become the hero of their own story.

Meagan Silverman

I have always been passionate about both fitness and nutrition, but it wasn’t until I attended the University of Arizona I discovered I had the ability to turn my passion into a full-time career. I began my journey as an AFPA certified nutrition counselor and fitness coach in my longtime home of Los Angeles.

Knowing I’m able to provide people with the tools and resources necessary to make lifestyle changes in their daily routines fuels my passion and motivates me to help my clients reach their fullest potential. I strive to teach them how to develop a healthy relationship with their body and food in order to achieve long-term goals as well as long-ter health.

I joined the Heroic Performance team because we all share the same ideas in our aim to better a person’s life.
